Organized by the Artipic Association and the Cărturești Foundation, the Bridge Delivery Festival was held in Iași from September 20–22, 2024 and marked the largest artistic deployment in the Cigarette Factory area and “Octav Băncilă” Park. Nearly 9,000 participants enjoyed a vibrant mobilization of the local, national, and international artistic community, which offered numerous activities, workshops, concerts, and a vast open-air Urban Art Gallery.
For three days, the public had the opportunity to enjoy a complex and entirely free program: street art, live concerts, creative workshops for both children and adults, skateboarding demos, DJ sets, public readings and engaging debates, clothing fairs, exhibitions, and robot experiments. The stage in “Octav Băncilă” Park featured queer literature moments, a unique choreography performance by Italian resident artists from the MICCE organization, and concerts by bands such as Șubi Tuba, Arhaic Beats, David Luca Quartet, Trupă&Suflet, as well as contemporary hip-hop artists from Iași. A particular focus was placed on promoting young creative and critical thinking from Generation Z. A key objective of the festival was to bring the city closer to its youth by addressing their real needs. At the debate “The City of Generation Z,” seven young people from various Iași-based organizations discussed how they envision their city, what they want from Iași, how they would reclaim urban spaces for their own use, and how to involve youth in city life. Many ideas and solutions emerged, and this first episode highlighted the importance of youth involvement in civic life. Poetry and emotion filled the air during the event poeZia: youth performances and readings, featuring poets from Iași: Laur Amanolesei, Theo Bindy, Lucian Brad, Claudiu Ioan Maftei, Andreea Petcu, Elena Simion, and Bogdan Vișan. Hosted by Gabriela Vieru., la care au luat parte poeții ieșeni Laur Amanolesei, Theo Bindy, Lucian Brad, Claudiu Ioan Maftei, Andreea Petcu, Elena Simion, Bogdan Vișan. Prezintă: Gabriela Vieru

The stage set up near the Cigarette Factory served a dual purpose—highlighting the city's iconic former factory (through videomapping that accentuated the building’s architecture) and hosting performances from bands that resonated with the audience: Norzeatic & Qinta Spartă, TEIU, Balkan Taksim, SHE, Jazzify, Attica, Mars, alongside local DJs.
The festival also marked the completion of the Urban Art Gallery, which transformed public space into a meeting and artistic expression hub, showcasing the vision and creativity of dozens of invited muralists from Romania and abroad: Alcaz, Alexandra Floarea, Bogdan Ciobanu, Dumitrița Gurău, Frag.menta, Habliuc Paula, Harcea Pacea, Irina Munteanu, Kraita317, Linkhg, Macedonsky, OHBOY (Kaps Crew), Pisica Pătrată, Pulsar Sinaps (Kaps Crew), TTG Crew, Roksolana, Yulia Abramova—the last three being artists from Italy and Ukraine. The Artipic Association gave several international artists the opportunity to showcase their art and vision, with Iași becoming both a backdrop and canvas for contemporary and street art. Moreover, for Ukrainian artists Roksolana and Yulia Abramova, the residency in Iași offered a chance to reconnect with the peace of creative expression.
After the Urban Art Gallery inauguration, attendees could meet the project initiators—artist Harcea Pacea and project manager Ana Cîrdei—who guided them through the history and meaning of the artworks.
