Here's what you need to know:
It's true that many of the individuals who paint walls/do graffiti/street art do so or have done so at some point as a hobby, painting voluntarily at various locations or events. Voluntary painting is a decision that solely belongs to the artist. Only they are able to decide what, where and if they are willing to do it. Therefore, we encourage you to contact them personally.
That being said, the ability to create professional paintings on large walls is a skill possessed by very few people, acquired over years, even decades of practice, and it would be absurd to think that those who possess it don't deserve to make a living out of it.
It's not easy to do something like that. It involves a lot of work and planning, and each wall comes with its own challenges. Creating the sketch, planning what materials you’ll need, procuring and transporting them, preparing the surface (cleaning and priming), and painting it, often at height and exposed to the elements.
A mural painting lasts between 5 and 10 years , this duration being influenced by the condition of the wall and how exposed it is to the elements, with acrylic lacquers that can be applied to extend their lifespan.
If the wall is located in a different locality than the artist's place of residence, transportation and accommodation expenses will be added.
Walls taller than 4 meters require scaffolding or a lift platform.These can be provided by the client, or we can recommend skilled individuals who can rent and set up the necessary equipment, with the cost being extra.
For each artwork, a service contract will be drawn up,specifying all clauses of both parties, and an advance payment will always be required.
The execution time of the work varies depending on its complexity and surface area.
The price for such services is between 60 and 100 euros per square meter, and varies depending on the following criteria:
- surface area (usually calculated in square meters);
- complexity of the work (how detailed it needs to be);
- degree of artistic freedom (generally, the more the client’s requirements align with the artist’s comfort zone or area of expertise, the lower the price tends to be);
- if it involves working at height (using a ladder/scaffold/boom lift), it also entails greater risks for the artist;
- the materials used, as they have different properties, ranging from ease of use to how they behave over time/when exposed to the elements. Also, certain surfaces require specific materials to be painted (for example, metal sheets/sandwich panels or Alucobond cannot be painted with acrylic paints);
- visibility of the work; if the work is in a public space or in a place frequented by a large audience, it has the potential to attract new clients, and the price is lower;
- weather conditions (in the case of outdoor paintings); working in the cold or exposure to the sun during summer involves a higher level of discomfort for the artist, which, in turn, increases the price;
- the artist's level (as in any field, experience and reputation come with a higher price), with each person valuing their time and effort differently;
- the purpose/destination of the work is a factor considered by some artists, who may offer discounts for certain social causes.
What needs to be done?

- Photograph the wall as perpendicular to it as possible and is such a way that as much of it as possible is visible.
- Measure the wall and note its dimensions.
- Note what type of surface it is,whether it's plaster, paint, concrete, metal, brick, wood, etc.
- Specify where the wall is located (county, town, neighborhood, etc.) and whether it's indoors or outdoors. If it's outdoors, is it visible from the public space? If it's indoors, we'd like to know whether it's a residence or a business, what type of business (offices, café, gym, etc.)
- Try to explain in as many words as possible what you would like to have done on your wall.You can also send us reference images, sketches, videos, etc. The more details we have, the better we can assess how we can help you.
- Specify the period when you would like the work to be done. If you have a set deadline, ideally we should be contacted at least days before it. If not, it will be considered urgent and may cost more. în regim de urgență, și ar putea costa mai mult.
- Optional: If you have a budget dedicated to this work.
- With this information, we can recommend the most suitable artist for you, and we will provide you with their media profiles or portfolios so you can familiarize yourself with their work.
- If their portfolios didn't convince you and you need a sketch of the proposed work for a final decision, this can be done for a fee, consisting of the price for 1 sq.m. of the respective work (60 - 100 euros).
